To feel scattered.
To react before you've even noticed.

To find your mind somewhere else entirely — replaying the past, rehearsing the future

This is being Human

This is not a flaw.

This is being Human

This is not a flaw.

And mindfulness
doesn't ask you to be otherwise.

It simply offers a way
to come back gently,
and with a little more kindness
to what's actually here.

What about being on
a 3-session journey?

to discover what mindfulness really is,
experience it directly, and find simple ways to bring it into your life
as it already is.

Three sessions. No rush. No performance.

Facilitator & Guide

Kay Song

Kay Song's curiosity about mindfulness began while he was pursuing his Graduate Diploma in Professional Life-Coaching. That curiosity led him to explore it further — reading widely, leading short guided practices for his students before class, and eventually training formally to teach mindfulness to students. In 2021, he left the education sector in search of a new purpose.

The years that followed took him deeper—through retreats and training modules toward becoming an MBSR teacher. But he also learned that mindfulness isn't something you simply "teach." It asks for embodiment, patience, and a willingness to keep learning from your own experience. Around this time, life asked the same of him: he moved from a busy, people-filled working life to working alone, from certainty to not-knowing, and into a new role as caregiver for his elderly parents. These challenges and learning help him better understand new aspects of being human, enabling him to create a safe, unhurried space for participants to experience mindfulness in their own unique way.

With a long background in education, he brings a natural ease in making what feels complex clear and accessible. His training in professional life coaching supports a spacious and unhurried learning environment, while his yoga training invites a deeper meeting of the body and mind.

At the centre of this work is a simple intention: to support people in meeting their lives with a little more awareness, steadiness, and kindness.
