To feel scattered.
To react before you've even noticed.
To find your mind somewhere else entirely — replaying the past, rehearsing the future

This is being Human
This is not a flaw.
This is being Human
This is not a flaw.
And mindfulness
doesn't ask you to be otherwise.
It simply offers a way
to come back gently,
and with a little more kindness
to what's actually here.

What about being on
a 3-session journey?
to discover what mindfulness really is,
experience it directly, and find simple ways to bring it into your life
as it already is.
Three sessions. No rush. No performance.

What Makes
This Space Different?
Most of us move through our days at a pace that leaves little room to breathe.
We push ourselves forward, and when we fall short, we push harder still.
But there is another way of
relating to ourselves.
Not passive.
Just a little kinder, a little more honest.
Perhaps this is the space
where that begins.
A group small enough
to feel genuinely comfortable
large enough to be held by something shared.
A pace
that trusts you to know what you need.
This isn't a space
to become a different person.
It's a space to
meet the one you already are,
with a little more attention,
and a little less judgment.

Facilitator & Guide
Kay Song
Kay Song came to mindfulness the way many do, through the ordinary difficulties of being human. That personal encounter with practice is what continues to shape how he teaches: with care, without pretension, and with genuine respect for each person's experience.
With a long background in education, he brings a natural ease in making what is complex feel clear and accessible. His training in professional life coaching supports a spacious and unhurried learning environment, while his yoga training invites a deeper meeting of the body and mind.
At the centre of this work is a simple intention: to support people in meeting their lives with a little more awareness, steadiness, and kindness.

Dipping into Mindfulness
& MBSR
Unsure about committing to
an 8-week mindfulness programme?
This is your bridge.
Dipping into Mindfulness offers a supported, unhurried introduction to the same foundations.
You'll leave with a felt sense of what mindfulness practice is, so that if and when you choose to go deeper, you're stepping in with clarity rather than uncertainty.
Tried MBSR
but felt something didn't quite settle?
This may be what was missing.
This programme has a quieter intention,
simply to help you meet the practice of mindfulness itself, with clarity, with curiosity, and without agenda.
That shift matters.
When we arrive at a practice already appreciating what it is
and what it asks of us,
we bring something different to it,
a willingness to explore.
